If you like to play Epic Online then you’ll love the new update for Halo Reach: Definitive Edition. It’s a big improvement over the rest of the game. I especially love the new weapons, powers, and vehicles that were added to the game. Here are some of my favorites from the latest game. Enjoy!
The first new weapon in this version of the game is the MGA-1 Rocket Punch, which are sort of like a combination of the RPG’s, but with better aiming. You can shoot an enemy from a long distance and the rocket will blast them where you land. Very fun! The MGA-1 also has some interesting new features, such as the ability to hide behind objects and the ability to target certain areas. The new mines are also a lot more deadly and will take out just about anything.
Another cool new weapon is the Bulldog shotgun. You can’t really call a shotgun an effective weapon, but it will take out a large number of opponents with one blast, making it a great choice for an early game boss battle or on a larger map. The shotgun works well when you need to take out multiple opponents at once, as the rounds go longer and you get more damage per minute.
The third major addition to the arsenal is the Auto mine. A simple push button will activate an explosive mine that will start damaging enemies on contact. The mine will self-destruct after a few seconds so there’s no danger of accidentally blowing yourself up in an embarrassing way. The explosion will cover you in metal fragments, but won’t kill you.
These new Epic Fight sequences feel significantly different than the old “one hit and you’re dead” fight mechanics of the previous games. There’s a real sense of realism when it comes to fighting these creatures. Even if you get the first shot and miss, they will still hurt you and can even return to fight again. This adds a level of drama to the fights that makes it more exciting to play them.
It’s not just the story that upgrades from Call of Duty: Infinite Black Flag. The game’s visuals also receive a boost, with better textures, higher resolution, and a better frame rate. If you enjoyed the look of the original versions, you’ll be happy to know that you’ll be able to continue the good experience with this release. No matter what type of gaming system you have, you’re sure to be satisfied with this release.
