OpenModsLib is a Minecraft Mod that allows you to construct buildings, roads, bridges and other structures within the game. You can also edit the world map in order to change its look. The only downfall of this mod is that it doesn’t support many mod plugins and is only available for vanilla Minecraft versions. However, if you are looking for a simple way to add structures and features that your favourite mods do not yet have, then this is the right one for you!
This mod was inspired by a very popular modpack called mods. You may remember them from the past because they were really popular back then. This is basically the same concept but simplified into a Java application. That means that it does not need any additional mods and will work with any version of Minecraft. Here’s a little bit of information on OpenMods Lib.
To start using openmodslib you just have to download the jar file and install it onto your computer. It will prompt you for some basic information about your computer before it starts running. This information includes the location of your operating system, the JRE which is required for the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). After this step you can build your first structure!
Building structures with OpenMods Lib is very similar to how you would build them in the game. For example, you can build a fence by placing down the wooden blocks one by one. Once you have placed all the wooden blocks you can add an anchoring block next to it and use that to keep the wooden block in place. When it is done you simply need to click on the “anchor” block and it will snap into place.
Now it’s time to build a bridge! Again, there are a few steps involved. For example, you will need to place down the pre-cut wood pieces in the format of bridge. Next, you will place the bridge part on top of the wooden block you just placed. Once you click on the “bridge” icon next to the “pre-cut” section you will be able to see the exact positions for your walls and doors.
There are also many other things you can do with OpenMods Libido. You can build a fence or even a small home. Just click on the “build” button on the toolbar and you will be prompted for some more information. There are many more buildings to complete this mod with, so have patience and enjoy the free time you can spend on this!
