Opposite Lucky Block 1.16.5 is a mod for Minecraft, by James Scholes. It adds a block that does nothing but causes you to mine twice as fast. I suppose that if you had a chance to try it out, you might find some value in it. I don’t. I’m a big fan of modding, but this one looks like a waste of time to me.
If you’re looking for a good game, with a bit of complexity and fun, then I would recommend Minecraft. The graphics are next to godlike, and the game plays well. On the other hand, it’s not so good when you start getting into the game, and it’s too boring for me to continue playing. I tend to get bored easily, and I’ve always preferred more interesting games. Lucky Block Minecraft manages to combine the two, while still retaining the unique concept that got me to start playing in the first place.
The idea behind this mod is actually rather original, and it does an excellent job of making me think I’m mining in the game. What makes it better than some of the more popular games, however, is that it adds a bit of depth to the minecraft experience. Instead of just having you mine and have that be the only thing you do in the game, this mod adds a few other elements.
The main part of the mod involves what you will be wearing while you play. As you collect resources and build up walls, you will unlock new clothes and equipment. I like the fact that you don’t have to get new weapons and armor every other time you come across something worth collecting. Some of the clothing looks good on other players, but it won’t look that good on you. You can mix and match outfits with each other, to create different looks that suit you best.
As you progress through the game, you’ll start to see more items added to your collection. When you find something worth mining or constructing, you can sell it or trade it in with someone else to get more resources for your endeavors. You can also try to barter with other players to build a better relationship with them, which helps you gain access to better things in the game. This really makes the game a fun one, as you don’t always want to get stuck doing boring tasks.
Like I said, it’s addicting! I almost forgot the part where you have to feed the chickens or sheep to keep them happy. It’s ridiculous, but it’s a great way to earn money. Even if you haven’t played Minecraft before, I highly suggest giving it a go!
