SCP: Blockarenthood is a mod for Minecraft that replaces most vanilla mobs with several variant versions, such as a guardian or builder. You can also obtain rare rewards from doing certain tasks. There are a couple of ways to get this mod, the first being by downloading it directly from the MCF site. The second is by using a program called Mod Pack, which will make it available in-game. I personally would go for the second option, simply because installing the mod using this method is much easier.
Basically, there are two main issues with this mod. The first is that it removes all items and blocks from the game. So you can’t build a fence, for example. That’s a pretty big issue, actually, and it has the potential of completely ruining the balance of the game. I solved this issue by creating another dimension, called the “Residuum”, that fills in the spaces where the items and blocks were removed.
It also removes all items and blocks from your inventory. This may be a bit of a nuisance, especially if you like crafting, but you can get around this by making some more space in your inventory. You can also stack things on top of each other, which solves the problem of having to keep an eye on your inventory and items. I personally think this is a good addition, and the way Minecraft is designed, you shouldn’t have any issues with limited storage space.
There are some drawbacks, though. One of them is that the mod requires Java version 1.5. I tested it on the latest version and it worked fine, but if minecraft doesn’t have that version, I’m afraid you won’t be seeing this mod. There’s also a compatibility issue with another mod, called” mods: void conflict”.
This mod will require you to have server admin privileges in order to use it, but that doesn’t mean it’s going to be too much of a hassle. It installs very easily and the instructions are not hard to follow. And since there is only one required installation, there is also only one known problem. After downloading and installing the mod, make sure to restart your game after the installation is complete. Just follow the prompts, and the breach should be gone!
This is only the start of great things to come for the game. I just know that once I found this mod, I was hooked! I’m planning on getting a couple of my friends to join me in playing this game, and we’re even considering starting our own server! What will you do?
