Minecraft Mod is a mod for the game Minecraft, which allows the players to craft various tools and equipments out of different resources found around. There are many variants of this mod, and it is not uncommon for the player to encounter variants of several of the crafting tables. However, there is one very special variant that I am pretty sure every Minecraft player is going to love. This variant is the Stone Drop 1.16.5.
A stone drop can occur when a mob gets too close to you or is directly targeted by you. The mob will drop a piece of stone. This stone however can be any kind of stone, including ores and even gems. When the stone is dropped, it will not immediately scatter all over the ground as other types of drops do, but it will break into small pieces which then will start to fall.
Now that I got that out of the way, let me describe what makes the stone drop special in this mod. When this type of drop occurs, the spot where the stone landed will have a sign saying “stone” somewhere near it. You will notice that all the mobs in that radius of the drop will also notice the dropped stone. Once you have killed a mob while using the stone, it will become part of its inventory and drop the stone as well. However, once a mob becomes your prisoner, it will not drop anything. There is no way to collect the dropped items either, unless you break their limbs first!
I believe the reason why this mod has this feature is that the designers of the game did not want the game to be played with only one type of resources. They wanted the users to be able to craft different resources, such as ores and gems, and have the ability to fight mobs and take on other challenges. By implementing this drop, the creators of the game realized that people would have many options to customize the game, rather than being limited to only one form of crafting. So, in this mod, the dropping of a stone from mobs can now happen even if you do not know how to craft a stone.
In order to make the drop mechanic even more realistic, the mod includes several stone structures that are easy to find, especially close to the surface. For example, all you have to do is look for some stone bones close to a jungle biome. Stone structures are not restricted to only the upper areas of the terrain, but they will drop down into the water as well, providing you with a real sense of finding the stone for crafting.
One of the most beautiful things about the mod is its visual presentation. The stone structures that you see dropping down are quite amazing, especially when they are placed at night. The stone is randomly placed, so it will not be visible to anyone, yet it will still look extremely natural and real. This is an excellent way to enhance the aesthetics of your gaming experience. This mod truly provides a new light on mining, making it even more fun and exciting.
